Lena Earl McKinney came to Triumph in 1968 with four small children she was raising as a single parent.  At the time she began attending, she drove a longer distance to Triumph than anyone else (Trevlac, IN) more than four times a week for services as well as to serve in various capacities.  She rarely missed a service and she always opened her home to those in need.

The list of the areas of services to Triumph is long, indeed.  This includes:  Sexton; Sunday School teacher; Bus Ministry worker; Heart to Heart prayer leader; Hostess; Life Group leader; and finally Church Board member since 2000.

Lena is a certified Christian Counselor with NANC, and leads the Counseling Ministry at Triumph since 2003.  Her life experiences certainly qualify her to offer the pith and wisdom that she gives without charge to those who wish to undergo this therapy.
