Wendy Ann (Rydberg) Schmidt is the wife of Senior Pastor Stephen Andrew Schmidt.  Together they co-pastor Triumph Church.  They are the parents of three grown children, Todd Andrew, Trent Stephen and Tara Noel.  She speaks before women's groups around the nation and has written articles on holiness.  Wendy also teaches Fifth Grade at Maple Grove Elementary in the Center Grove School Corporation.  She holds both a Bachelors Degree from Franklin College and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University, Indianapolis.  She wed Pastor Stephen in Clintonville, WI on July 10, 1971.

Triumph Church has benefited from Wendy's involvement in nearly every facet of the church's ministries.  She has sung in the choir, led the girls' chorale, worked on cleaning crews, served as Youth leader for over 10 years, worked in bus ministry, taught in Sunday School - Primary Class, Jr. High Class, and Senior Youth Class.

Wendy has been church organist since 1972, has served as Life Group leader, and has led the Ladies Ministry since 1992.
